Prices of several dozen products will be cut during the following week in Siwas, Euromarket and Valintatalo – in the stores owned by Suomen Lähikauppa Oy, according to the CEO, Rolf Holmlund.
The company wants to remain competitive in the sector of corner shops where the price matters.
The decision of Suomen Lähikauppa Oy is based on the price war, which Finland Today reported started on Monday January 19 by S Group and was joined by Lidl on the next day.
