There are 8,261 confirmed coronavirus infections in Finland, according to the new numbers released on Saturday by the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL).
The number of new infections between Friday and Saturday is 36.
11 new infections have been confirmed in Helsinki (total 2,994). 5 in Vantaa (984), 4 in Espoo (993), 3 in Tampere (160), 3 in Joensuu (17), 1 in Kerava (94), 1 in Järvenpää (128), 1 in Mäntsälä (27), 1 in Kempele (8), 1 in Kuhmo (27), 1 in Kirkkonummi (92), 1 in Mynämäki (7), 1 in Oulu (109).
No new deaths have been reported. The death toll is at 335
The individual statistics of new infections don’t include municipalities where there are fewer than 5 infections.
