The police caught a man, about 20 years old, for suspecting that he had written a shooting threat against Iso Omena shopping center in the anonymous Tor network.

The man was caught on Thursday. During the interrogations over the weekend, the man confessed.

The police are investigating the act as an illegal and false threat.

The man told the police that the motive for writing the threat was anger after losing a large sum of money in a gamble on the internet. In addition, the man admitted that he had included a name of another person in the comments regarding the threat even as the other person had nothing to do with it.

A person can face two years in prison for publishing an illegal threat. In addition, the perpetrator may be obliged to pay significant compensation. The claims for compensation will be defined later.
