Matti Nykänen, the Finnish former ski jumper who won four Winter Olympic gold medals, has passed away.
His death was confirmed by sources close to the Finnish gossip magazine Seiska.
According to the magazine, Nykänen died on the night between Sunday and Monday. He was 55.
