Finland is the happiest country in the world for the fifth time in a row, reveals the 2022 World Happiness Report by United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network.

Finland’s top score, which is significantly ahead of its peers, is followed by Denmark, Iceland and Switzerland.

The report bases its findings on healthy life expectancy, GDP per capita, social support in times of trouble, low corruption and high social trust, generosity in a community where people look after each other and freedom to make key life decisions.
