Tuska 2026 drew a record-breaking 66,000 visitors to Suvilahti, Helsinki, over three days of quintessential Finnish summer weather, oscillating between rain and heat.

The festival boasted sold-out crowds, with 23,000 attendees on both Friday and Saturday and 20,000 on Sunday.

Headliners included Megadeth (check out our review here), Bad Omens and Bring Me The Horizon, along with other notable acts like Trivium and Amorphis on the main stage.

The tent featured performances by Loudness, Blood Incantation, Swallow The Sun, Malevolence . . . .

A smaller outdoor stage presented some of the most energetic performances from Balance Breach, Paleface Swiss, Kublai Khan TX and Soilwork, while an indoor stage hosted diverse acts such as Slope and Atlas.

“This Tuska has been absolutely incredible by every measure,” Eeka Mäkynen, the festival director, stated in a press release. “This weekend captures the current state of metal, and we’ve only reached this level of experience through the deep dedication of the audience, the artists and the festival staff. This triangle resonates so beautifully that it gives us great momentum heading into next year!”
