Finland to Host a Deployable NATO Module in Riihimäki
Antti Häkkänen, Finland’s minister of defense, announced the establishment of a NATO Deployable CIS Module (DCM) in Riihimäki, set to begin operations in early 2027. This module aims to enhance NATO’s defense capabilities for Finland and the High North while boosting Riihimäki Garrison’s role as a command and control expertise center.
