Elina Kiuru of Finntraffic, Finland’s state-owned traffic information company, said the worst traffic jams will occur on Friday evening and Saturday morning.
Clear, frosty weather should help traffic flow, but Highways 4, 5 and 9 will be crowded.
Plan ahead, allow extra time, and avoid unnecessary overtaking to minimize delays.
