423 new coronavirus infections have been confirmed in Finland on Thursday, according to the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL).

The total is now 44,039.

In the past 24 hours, most new infections were found in the following cities:

69 in Helsinki, 49 in Tampere, 41 in Vantaa, 24 in Jyväskylä, 24 in Espoo and 21 in Turku.
