Since the beginning of the pandemic, there are 28,242 confirmed coronavirus infections in Finland, according to the new numbers released on Tuesday by the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL).

The number of new infections between Monday and Tuesday is 361.

In the past 24 hours, most new infections were confirmed in the following cities:

102 in Helsinki (8,693, 51 in Turku (1,204), 43 in Vantaa (2,976) and 19 in Espoo (3,195).
