There are 9,195 confirmed coronavirus infections in Finland, according to the new numbers released on Tuesday by the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL).

The number of new infections between Monday and Tuesday is 149. In addition, two new deaths have been confirmed. The death toll is at 341.

29 new infections have been confirmed in Jyväskylä (219), 16 in Lahti (164), 14 in Vantaa (1,077), 13 in Helsinki (3,183), 13 in Tampere (206), 12 in Mikkeli (92), 9 in Espoo (1,086), 6 in Hämeenlinna (82), 4 in Mänttä-Vilppula (21), 4 in Pietarsaari (11), 3 in Sastamala (18), 2 in Äänekoski (38), 2 in Pirkkala (14), 2 in Kuopio (73), 1 in Hamina (9), 1 in Jämsä (13), 1 in Porvoo (77), 1 in Saarijärvi (7), 1 in Kangasala (15), 1 in Järvenpää (138), 1 in Orimattila (11), 1 in Ylöjärvi (18), 1 in Uusikaupunki (10), 1 in Savonlinna (14), 1 in Pori (34), 1 in Nokia (18), 1 in Iisalmi (21), 1 in Lappeenranta (23), 1 Turku (320), 1 in Raasepori (32).

The individual statistics of new infections don’t include municipalities where there are fewer than 5 infections.
