During the weekend, it could snow anywhere.

According to weather service Foreca, cold air is floating in from the north all the way to southern Finland.  At night, there is going to be frost in the whole country.

Saturday looks sunny but frosty. While Sodankylä in Lapland is freezing in minus 18 degrees, there could be as much as five degrees cold in the south.

On Sunday, it could snow in the whole country. A scattered rain area is moving over Finland and could cover the ground white even in the capital region.

While its likely that there will be no snow chaos, it’s surely going to be slippery and the cold weather will continue till next week.

On Monday, a new rain area could bring more snow to the ground.
