The weather is going to be warmer than usual until the beginning of December, says weather service Foreca.
On Thursday, a low-pressure area is sweeping across the country and is dropping rain as the grey clouds are set to hover over many parts of the land.
Heavy rains are expected especially in southern and central areas. In Lapland, it’s going to snow.
This week in the southern parts, the temperature could rise to over +10 degrees, and in Lapland, the spell of -20 and -30 degrees is ending as milder weather is on its way on Thursday.
According to the latest monthly forecast, Foreca’s meteorologist Anna Latvala explains, Finland is getting its share of the warm weather that currently prevails in Eastern Europe.
