The winner of the Slush 100 pitching competition is Eversend, a neobank for Africa, which hopes to make banking services accessible for a large number of Africans.

The co-founder and CEO of Eversend, Emma Smith, attended the festival to represent her company and ended up accepting the award.

In an interview with Finland Today, Smith tells us about the origins of the company and what she expects of the future.
