The Transport Workers’ Union AKT announced on Monday that it will extend its support strike for posti workers (members of the Finnish Post and Logistics Union PAU) who have not found an acceptable solution that would improve their working conditions.

PAU’s mail delivery strike is still set to continue until December 8, unless an agreement is reached.

In practice, the strike would hinder HSL’s bus transportation in Helsinki.

The strike would begin on Monday, November 25 at 03:00 in the morning and would the following Tuesday at 03:00.
