The week begins warm in most parts of the country with daytime highs of 24 degrees Celsius and lows of 20 degrees expected. (Lapland is an exception with daytime highs of about 10 degrees.)
After a warm Monday and Tuesday, the weather begins turning hot when warm weather arrives from Scandinavia.
Hot weather, around 25 degrees Celsius, will prevail in the southern and western parts, and on Thursday and Friday, the hot weather temperatures become more widespread. Lapland will get its share of the warm weather, too, with daytime highs of over 20 degrees.
At the end of the week a low-pressure area will take over from the Atlantic; the hot weather turns chillier and rainier.
