The Eastern Uusimaa Police Department is investigating a school threat at the Korso school in Vantaa.
The school’s social media account had received a message with a picture of a handgun and a text that said, “korsoshooting.”
The police say in a statement that they have conducted “necessary action” at the area.

So far, nothing out of the ordinary that would endanger the school safety has been noticed.
The incident is being investigated as an illegal threat.
The perpetrator can be condemned to fines or to a prison sentence of a maximum of two years.
In addition, the equipment used in the crime can be forfeit to the government.
