The police were investigating a bomb threat in the high-rise business district Keilaniemi in Espoo. The target of the threat was the Bayer Nordic building, the host, among others, to the German-based, multinational medicine company.


After searching for hours, the police have found the threat false.

The police managed to evacuate the building by 10:00 in the morning.

While Finland Today visited the scene at 10:30, the police officers were still searching the building.

The building had received the bomb threat in at least one email.
