Police vehicles will undergo a transitional change in their appearance starting from this year. The distinctive blue and white simplicity of the current style will be joined by an eye-catching fluorescent lime in the new line up. The previously used blue colouring will remain, but the new colour will be placed on the vehicles in addition to the existing design.

Vehicles with the new color scheme will be introduced gradually during this year. The police have already introduced a number of motorcycles and quadbikes with the new scheme. Cars and vans featuring the new color scheme will be introduced later this year.
The colour change has a transitional period, which will last at least until 2020. Until then, the public will simultaneously see the new and old colour schemes on police vehicles in service.
The changes will commence on 01.05.2016.
