President Alexander Stubb’s health is regularly reviewed by experts from different medical fields. The president’s office provides an update on his health every two years, or sooner if needed, and sharing this information is always voluntary.

Here’s the latest:

“Since the initial health examination conducted at the beginning of the president’s term of office, nothing has emerged regarding the president’s health that would affect his ability to perform his duties,” said Jari Salo, a professor at the Mehiläinen health organization, in a statement from the president’s office.

President Stubb recently turned 58 on April 1 and is well known for staying active, including taking part in several triathlon events.
