The other man continued following the tourists when they left the square. The man followed them to a souvenir shop and left the store after a while. The other guy joined him a bit later.

The police caught the men. They found a wallet, which was stolen from one of the tourists.

The men are suspected of theft.

Later the owner of the wallet was reached by the phone.

“The police took the stolen property to the airport because the plaintiff was just about to take a return flight back to the home country,” said Detective Inspector Toni Uusikivi from the Helsinki Police Department.
