There are issues with the HSL app on Thursday morning. Users have experienced difficulties purchasing tickets through the Helsinki Region Transport (HSL) mobile app.
The mobile app displayed a message saying, “There is a delay in purchasing tickets with the HSL app. Purchasing single tickets may not work for everyone. Single tickets with contactless payment.”
HSL also noted on its website that single tickets can be bought using contactless payment on local transport services.
“There is still no estimate of the cause or duration of the fault,” said Elias Kivelä from HSL’s communication department.
