A thin layer of snow covered the center of Helsinki in the early hours of Saturday morning. After the clock struck nine, the sun rose, but downtown was still awakening from the previous night’s parties.
A few tourists could be heard laughing and admiring the Christmas lights that had already been set up to mark the beginning of the holiday season.
We caught the beauty of the first light in whiteness.
