“We can only accept that it is simply impossible for us to organize an international music event this summer,” organizers of the Flow Festival declared in a statement on Tuesday. “We’ve been closely monitoring the global coronavirus situation and made many plans for this year, but unfortunately, the uncertainty in the festival field continues.”

Flow Festival, which typically gathers a large crowd of fans of contemporary rhythmic music in Suvilahti, Helsinki, in late summer was canceled in 2020 as well.

“We’re now setting our eyes towards the summer of 2022, and we’ve already started planning,” the organizers noted.
