Last week, people from Finland could travel freely to Estonia. As of the beginning of this week, they are subject to quarantine.
On Monday, November 9, Estonia reimposes quarantine for travelers from Finland because of the heightened infection rate: 51.9 per 100,000 people in the past 14 days.
In Estonia, the limit concerning restrictions on the freedom of movement is 50.
The limit is reviewed weekly on Fridays, and the new limit will take force the following Monday.
