There are 9,046 confirmed coronavirus infections in Finland, according to the new numbers released on Monday by the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL).
The number of new infections between Sunday and Monday is 66.
18 new infections have been confirmed in Helsinki (3,170), 15 in Espoo (1,077), 10 in Mikkeli (80), 8 in Vantaa (1,063), 5 in Ulvila (the previous number unknown), 3 in Tuusula (83), 2 in Jyväskylä (190), 1 in Lahti (148), 1 in Hyvinkää (91), 1 in Kerava 100), 1 in Kuusamo (9), 1 in Mänttä-Vilppula (17), 1 in Nurmijärvi (80), 1 in Turku (319), 1 in Järvenpää (137).
No new deaths have been confirmed. The death toll is at 339.
The individual statistics of new infections don’t include municipalities where there are fewer than 5 infections.
