On Thursday, the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) confirmed 404 new coronavirus infections in Finland.

In the past 24 hours, most new cases were found in the following cities:

133 in Helsinki, 35 in Turku, 33 in Espoo, 31 in Lahti, 17 in Vantaa, 17 in Jyväskylä, 12 in Riihimäki.

In addition, new infections were also confirmed, for example, Kouvola (6), Nurmijärvi (5), Kirkkonummi (5), Salo (5), Pori (4), Kangasala (4), Hanko (4), Sipoo (4), Kajaani (4), Lieto (4), Hyvinkää (4), Porvoo (3), Kontiolahti (3), Vihti (3), Lappeenranta (3), Hämeenlinna (3).
