400 new coronavirus infections have been confirmed in Finland, according to the latest statistics released by the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) on Wednesday.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, a total of 48,807 Covid-19 infections have been confirmed in Finland.

In the past 24 hours, most new cases were found in the following cities:

126 in Helsinki, 72 in Vantaa and 47 in Espoo.
