On Monday, the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) confirmed 133 new coronavirus infections in Finland.
In the past 24 hours, most new cases were found in the following cities:
55 in Helsinki, 18 in Espoo, 10 in Turku, 7 in Vantaa, 6 in Nurmijärvi.
In addition, new infections were also confirmed, for example, in Kuopio (4), Pori (4), Kouvola (3), Rovaniemi (3), Kirkkonummi (2), Sipoo (2), Järvenpää (2).
Last weekend a total of 431 new infections were confirmed. Most new cases were found in Helsinki: 122.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, the total number of coronavirus cases in Finland is 98,215.
