Viet Nam Day is expected to draw thousands of people with its diverse cultural program, varied culinary selection and networking opportunities.

The Vietnamese community in Finland is excited to announce Viet Nam Day 2025, the largest cultural and business festival for the community, at the Narinkka Square (Narinkkatori) on Saturday, August 16, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM—just two days away!
Under the theme “The New Era of National Rise,” the all-day event will honor three important anniversaries: 50 years since Vietnam’s reunification, 80 years of Vietnam’s National Day and 52 years of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Finland.
Viet Nam Day 2025 aims to be a lively celebration of Vietnamese culture while strengthening cultural and bilateral connections between the two countries.
Festival highlights
The festival will feature five dynamic zones:
Main Stage: Live performances including traditional and modern dance, martial arts, children’s shows, and Ao Dai fashion.
Panel Talks: Talks on cultural preservation, Vietnam–Finland collaboration, and multicultural integration from the perspective of younger generations.
Vietnamese Street Food: Authentic dishes from various Vietnamese restaurants.
Finland–Vietnam Expo: Showcasing opportunities in business, education and tourism.
Kids’ Corner: Engaging, family-friendly activities for children.
Set to attract thousands
The event is anticipated to draw between 2,000 and 3,000 attendees, comprising Finnish companies, Vietnamese business owners, universities, local community members and tourists. With no admission fee and a prime location in Helsinki, Viet Nam Day 2025 promises to be a significant cultural event of the summer.
Viet Nam Day will take place on Saturday, August 16, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Narinkka Square in Kamppi, Helsinki. Free admission.
Viet Nam Day 2025 is jointly organized by the key Vietnamese organizations in Finland, including the Embassy of Vietnam in Finland, the Vietnamese Language, Vietnamese Language and Culture Association in Finland (BiziVietnam), the Vietnamese Professionals Association in Finland (VPF), the Vietnamese Students Association in Finland (VSAF), and the Vietnamese Association in Finland.
