The Earl of Wessex, Prince Edward, and Countess Sophie arrived in Finland for a week-long visit.
Their royal highnesses travelled to Helsinki and will also visit Lapland, and Prince Edward will visit the Åland Islands.
The earl and countess met with President Sauli Niinistö and his spouse, Jenni Haukio, late on Monday afternoon.
