Picture: Tony Öhberg for Finland Today Prime minister Alexander Stubb will travel to Paris to attend the Unity Rally, arranged to honour the victims of the Charlie Hebdo terrorist attack. The rally will take place on Sunday at 15:00, French time. Prime Minister Stubb was invited to attend the event by the French president, François Hollande. Many other EU heads of state or government, including the prime ministers of Britain, Spain, Germany and Italy, will attend the rally as well.
